In the beginning of the dragon year of 2012, the presidents of ICBC Shisanxinglu Subbranch, Tongfulu Subbranch, Bank of China Zhuhai branch and Agricultural Bank of China Zhuhai Branch visited our company for investigation, and made deep communication and exchange with Zhang Pen, the corporate chairman and Dong Zhenfeng, the fund director of our company.

In the meeting Mr. Zhang Peng, the chairman introduced the strategic planning 2012 and the current project progress of our company, and discussed the 2012 economic policy orientation, real estate development trend, as well as the bank's credit fund size forecast of Guangdong Province with all bank leaders by integrating with the current national macroeconomic policy, financial institutions’ credit size and guiding ideology. The year of 2011 is a year in which the macroeconomic environment and the real estate macro-control became severe mostly since the financial crisis 2008. In the year of 2012, the State still insists in the real estate macro-control policy, even the increasing retrenchment currency strategy makes the enterprise finance become harder. In the last year, the Central Bank was planned to release the credit by 75 trillions, but the credit granted actually was only 7.47 billion, reduced by 0.4%.

In view of the Nansha house project, the Fangcun Hotel project and Jiangnanxi Phase-II Commercial Real Estate project our company is now developing and constructing, the chairman, fund director and bank leaders made deep discussion and planning for project development direction, fund arrangement, financial plan, financing channel and cooperation models.
