Jn Sunday Shopping Mall

Since 2006, the Group has focused on integrating resources efficiently. With the great support from government, Jiachuang invested and constructed “Jn Sunday”, the first underground pedestrian street combining with civil air-defense construction in Guangzhou, bringing along new business opportunity and energy to Jiangnan West Road which was a traditional commercial area. Its establishment and operation of Phase I of Jn Sunday blends with real estate development, business operation and property management crossing industries and fields, which is an important milestone improving comprehensive strengthen for Jiachuang.

In 2012, Phase II of Jn Sunday, which shoulders heavy task boosting commerce in old district in Guangzhou and constructs underground golden shopping mall along Jiangnan West Road will be launched thoroughly. It is predicted that the whole shopping mall will be up to thousands of square meters after the proejct is finished completely and become the largest underground retail shopping mall so far in Guangzhou.
