Receiving visit and consulting

Receiving visit is an important channel that Jiachuang collects information and establishes good relationship with owners, customers and partners. The customer service center collects problems, complaints and suggestions raised by the customers through receiving visit and reply to letters and calls.

Consulting service refers that the service center applies various professional knowledge to provide intellectual service around properties affiliated to Jianchuang Group, including house sale and purchase, property rent and commerce investment.


Complaint and Return Visit

For the convenience of customers’ supervision to quality in management service provided by properties affiliated to Jiachuang Group, customer service center makes records of problems, complaints and suggestions collected through visits, letters and calls, after which submits to the department concerned to treat them according to property rules or concerning procedures, and calls back to the customers within two or three weeks after treatment.


Communication

The service center communicates with the owners and customers about property and construction information mainly by way of letters, calls and messages, as well as establishes household files etc.
